We have a 30 minutes and 60 minutes sessions depending on your goals and budgets

We see our clients 1, 2 or 3 days per week, depending on their availability and budget. However, our program is fully

supportive and we are in touch with our clients on a daily basis.

Your trainer brings a set of portable, innovative fitness equipment such as TRX, kettlebells, Bosu ball, battle rope, dumbbells and other set training gears. In addition, some exercises may incorporate body weight workouts in which your

trainer will teach you how to safely and effectively train using your own body.

You can effectively exercise in your living room, garage, or basement. All you need is a small clear area where you can move freely.

Once we know what you want, we put together an individualized exercise program and pair you up with a personal trainer to work out in the privacy and convenience of your own home. Depending on your goals and needs, your sessions may include a workout program on flexibility, resistance training, cardiovascular training, functional training and a scientific based nutrition guide designed specifically for you in order to achieve maximum results in a reasonable time period.

The consultation is an opportunity to meet with your trainer and discuss about your specific fitness goals, nutrition plan, schedule, cost. possible barriers such as injuries, and other health related factors that relates to your fitness. During the consultation your trainer may conduct basic fitness assessment such as body fat, BMI and go over the results in detail. This is also a good opportunity for us to explain how the in-home training works and answer any question you might have for us. The consultation may take around 30-45 minutes.

The health and fitness assessment provides valuable information on the client’s baseline fitness level. The results of the

assessments will be compared to an established standard and can be helpful in identifying weakness in certain muscle groups, overall flexibility, endurance level, and other crucial health risk factors. Your trainer may use the information obtained from the assessment along with your personal goals to design an individualized exercise training program.

We offer a group personal training for up to three people. The services provided in a group setting are the same as in a one-on-one setting and can be a great cost saving. The friendly rivalry between family and friends can be a great motivation to help you reach your fitness goals.

Each one of our coaches are experienced with working with a variety of clients. We work with children, teenagers, young and

middle- aged professionals, athletes, active individuals, and special needs populations. Contact us and we will match you up with the best coach for your goals and needs.

Absolutely, we love working with beginners. Actually, the majority of our clients are people who are not currently exercising. For some it’s been decades. Many of our clients are people who have never exercised in their life.

Absolutely. In fact, you’ll probably find our workouts to be more challenging, effective and fun than any gym workout you’ve ever experienced.
